I set my marksmen front and pikeman back when enemy soldiers come near my marksmen i set the pikeman front the marksmen and boom

Just hire cavalry units and rush charge all the enemies on the field. You will be invincible, until you face pikemen or Hussars and also castles are SOBs.

Priest Spasokukotsky is kinda useless if you get Sarabun, being just a weaker "healer" with no redeeming qualities. Literally his only saving grace is the fact that he doesn't get into conflict with anyone. I'd rather have Tepes in his place, since the only conflict of those you've listed Tepes gets into is Spasokukotsky himself, while offering bunch of useful skills and, most importantly, being only lvl 3 when you hire him, which in turn offers better flexibility. Spasokukotsky is only good if for any reason you don't want to hire bet bro Sarabun or simply still didn't find him.
