Thanks for the training video. One qn. Assume we come up with a WBS, complete the planning and set a baseline. The project starts and we start tracking the progress. Then we identify a need to insert some additional tasks in between our WBS. Can we continue to track the progress and check for various with original baseline or should we re baseline after WBS changes? What is the general practice to follow?

Thanks for the great video! I have a question. If I have X number of resources at the rate of Y for Activity A, How can I show that cost of activity A in MS Project? In a more practical sense, in a construction project, if I have 100 labors pouring concrete, I'm not going to register them as labor 1, labor 2, ...., labor 100 in the resources sheet. What is the best way to do it? Thanks again.
