Update for newer python version (3+)
1. replace import library to this
import http.server
import socketserver
import os
import threading
import sys
2. replace all "SimpleHTTPServer." to "http.server."
3. replace "SocketServer." to "socketserver."
4. remove "checkversion()" or change the code so that it doesn't prevent new versions of Python
5. done, run command as usual
