How To Connect To a FTP Server via Windows Explorer

Seems to be very limited. Can't drag and drop between folders on the server.
So for some it may be better to simply use a FTP client.

It doesn't work between 2 LAN computers. Useless. I've seen 10 tutorials until now using winscp filezilla baby ftp... I can't connect through LAN from my PC to my laptop. I can share folders from my laptop in windows explorer and they appear in my PC, that it works, but I wanted to use a program. I don't like windows do the sharing.
