Emotional Stress Increases Inflammation & Disease

From Recent Interview with @gosabir - click his profile link for whole interview on YOUtube.
.
Emotional stress disrupts cortisol levels and increases inflammatory markers, making people more likely to trigger their genes for disease.
.
The good news is that which was triggered, can be untriggered with aggressive intervention.
.
That is why I focus on the entire person with my programs: their diet, their habits, their thoughts, their traumas, their sleep etc; because until we get all of the stressors under control, there will be some drive towards inflammation, which then slows down recovery.
.
When people in my 6 Week Rapid Recovery Group embrace the whole program - working on improving their emotional health AND their nutrition and other lifestyle habits, their symptoms go away at astonishing speeds, energy comes up and pain comes down.
.
If you are working on hyper-nourishment on the Goodbye Lupus Protocol but you are ignoring your emotional health, you are still getting improvement because you are consuming some of the antidote to that inflammation, but until you release the emotional pain, you will still struggle with the physical pain.
.
Get all the support you need to release the stress and low moods, and embrace the best nourishment for your body and your moods, so you can truly create the best health you can possibly have.
