This woman is fantastic. So many people getting healed and getting well and its blowing a lot of peoples minds. Especially getting rid of meat, dairy, eggs and fish. I have been blown away by the stories on FB of healing.

It truly is along with what she says here, amazing!

Yes stress. 4 weeks in bullid work came back inactive lupus. I woke up with chest pain. Thought it was an anxiety attack. Went to ER and after 2 days they realized it was a pre heart attack. All went well. Stress was the missing link. Still on the smoothies and my kidneys weren’t happy. Stress of worry. What if what if? It’s stress that blocked me. I have to forgive doctors, food industry and all the pain. Feel good. Back to kale

How do I prevent being stressed by every remaining ecosystem on earth collapsing and billions of animals being tortured for no reason right at this moment? Other than just looking away? No matter how much I meditate, several times a day grief about the state of the planet and its future just washes over me. There's no blame and no one to forgive. Connecting with the few who care does help, but only so much, because there's nothing we can do, just feel sad and scared and helpless together. Maybe zooming out more, REALLY seeing and accepting how nothing "matters", in a deep sense. But man, do most people have it easier reducing their stress.

I had a dream who I thought was God told me I must forgive to heal. Actually thought about studying Budhisim to learn to forgive. I grew up believing God wouldn't forgive us unless we believed he had Jesus go through hell so we didn't have to but that doesn't actually make fing sense. Plus I've been through hell and I was a believer😑
