I get this when trying to use the commad catkin_make please help

catkin_make: command not found

I have a problem when I go to run the command catkin_make, I try to install the command but I get this error
(The following packages have unmet dependencies:
python3-catkin-pkg : Conflicts: catkin but 0.8.10-7 is to be installed
