I find myself binge watching old videos in your channel lately. so if you notice an odd increase in views its me! Im trying to perfection my options strategy, I wamt to do something similar like the retire with less portfolio but just binge watching yours and Davids videos to really learn. I was able to get $16.5k in that account and today I made my first couple of cash secured puts.

Yup your Absolutely right!. I am now retired! I never learned how to invest and thought I would never retire until my knees and my back injury forced me to stop working. I have about 200, 000 saved but that’s it and I need to get that to grow anyway possible. Having a child at 18 did not help. I don’t understand options at all and afraid of losing what I have. My parents had serious health issues that I paid for so I am trying to grow my savings with dividends through QYLD, JEPI, SPHD, XYLD, RYLD, DIVO, NUSI, SCHD, DGRO, GDRW.

My mother in law has been full time in her travel trailer for the last 2 years. One thing you might want to have is two phones with the two different major cell phone carriers.
She has both a Verizon and a AT&T based phone so she has coverage wherever she is. Sometimes you will be in places where there will only be coverage with one of those carriers.
That doesn't mean you need to spend a ton of money on a second plan though. Look at a combination of Total Wireless or Straight Talk which uses Verizon, plus a line with AT&T.

Nice Gerry!!!! ---- 12% div plus your option income makes 15% reasonable also if QYLD gets any lower it will really help as long as they maintain dividends!

This is amazing content Gerry, thanks so much for the hard work. I'm on way to learning options to the point where I understand trades used in the monthly 250K RTL series. Wondering if you could make corresponding monthly videos on the execution of the trades. It would be extremely useful when and how you pick them (option chain parameters).

I like the $250K retirement portfolio. I think it is doable. I need a blend of ETF`s that give me about 8% annual dividend income with some growth potential to keep up with inflation.

Gerry with the green screen. I gotta live with the bed I made. lol. There is no Medicare in here which might change things a bit. Doesn't the wife get SS survivor benefits too? I'm still learning about all that stuff as I age. Your expenses should go down a little when Gerry Jr is off on his own.
