The Flow transition effect is called Morph is Adobe Premiere.

I had been using all of the other tips already, but this one was new to me, and it’s exactly what I need for the video I’m currently working on. Thanks!

Tip #6: Edit from the end and work backwards to the beginning.. has saved me a ton of time!

OMG I LOVE TIP #1 with editing through the audio wavelengths. I clap when I make a mistake and then use that wavelength to clip out the blooper. People tell me they think I am a natural LOL. Who else loves talking head shots?

I'm using iMovie for now - one of your previous tips videos for iMovie really helped me get into it! The keyboard shortcuts are a revelation lol. Thank you for the tips here! I'm going to experiment with the crop in/outs - it definitely does give it more polish and adds a little visual interest as well!

Covering up cuts with B-Roll saves me at least 3 hours of time during both shooting and editing, EVERY TIME I make a video. I love it!

I’m so grateful for these final cut tutorials. I just started my YouTube channel and I’m excited to try out the flow effect!

Thanks. So helpful, as always. The cropping in and out is a really great technique. It took me ages to really get the hang of it (and not sure I’m fully there yet), but used correctly this can make a huge difference. And thanks so much for the information about Flow. I didn’t know about this.

Thank you SO much! Great "hacks", especially the very first one. I was already using the waveforms a little when finding clips, but like a dummy I've still been listening to each one and only skipping forward to the next clip when I hear a mistake. Just jumping ahead to the final take is a HUGE time saver.

And I'll be honest, the main thing that gets in my way when it's time to shoot a new video is thinking about how much time I'm going to have to spend afterwards on editing. It's a huge motivation crusher some weeks. Cutting that time down ups my enthusiasm for doing the part of this that I actually like: the filming. So thanks!

More great tips as usual. I have only just started my channel, and still struggling a bit with iMovie, but appreciate all of your advice. Thank you!

I love initially editing my videos using the waveform at first. It speeds up the process so much. I can see exactly where my awkward pauses are and don't even really need to listen to know that's where I need to cut the video.

I needed this video so much especially since my videos will be talking head vids due to the pandemic and restrictions to go outside. Thank you!
