Exploring the Barbell snatch. 25kg KB snatch. A brand new jumping rotational move ;) and other rotation work with the Barbell. Going on easy mode for the moment because of a fu**ed up back that is getting better than ever after treatment. I have never been able to do a comfortable Barbell snatch before. So this is a good progression sign.
