The little hinge is so important for beginners to learn. I remember when this older guy showed me that alteration when I started lifting and it entirely changed the game. These small adjustments are CRUCIAL to level up your lifting game and overall physique. I'm so glad somebody that has a platform like this is dishing out good info without going along the "how don't you know this" mentality. Really helpful. Everyone says you shouldn't move your elbows during curls.

Moving elbows forward as you curl towards your face feels so much more natural once you get it down.
