A friend of mine in Asheville, NC had over 200 people in his parking lot begging for food and water when he finally got there. They needed help yesterday...

They weren't TOLD they'd be fired if they leftwithout permissioin, they KNEW they'd be fired ifthey left without permssion. They didn't have to be told they just knew what management would do from prior experience.

I wouldn’t have went to work. You can replace a job but you can’t replace a life. Wish those Employers released their employees though!

Why were they expected to go to work in the first place during a hurricane/hurricane warning? Devastating.

Who would think that a state as far up as north carolina would get hit this hard?
Meanwhile places like central florida didn't even get touched

When I felt the outskirts of this hurricane in south Florida and the winds and gust, I said some category 4 are strong but this one is dangerous.

There is no Massive effort. There are so many people on Social Media begging for help. Fema told them they can't go to remote locations and the whole area is scattered with homes in remote locations.

Our government will probably give the victims 700 dollars like the fires in Maui.

I’ll Bet Kamala and Biden won’t do a damn thing. Probably give Zellinski another 10 Billion.

Hurricanes are no more intense now than they have ever been. There are just more people and infrastructure in the path of these storms across the southern USA.
