Hurricane Helene aftermath: Death toll passes 130, supplies rushed to isolated communities

Government officials and aid groups were working to bring basic supplies by airlift, truck and mule to the hard-hit Asheville and its surrounding mountain towns.

They weren't TOLD they'd be fired if they leftwithout permissioin, they KNEW they'd be fired ifthey left without permssion. They didn't have to be told they just knew what management would do from prior experience.

When I felt the outskirts of this hurricane in south Florida and the winds and gust, I said some category 4 are strong but this one is dangerous.

There is no Massive effort. There are so many people on Social Media begging for help. Fema told them they can't go to remote locations and the whole area is scattered with homes in remote locations.
