If I think I am smart, I am stupid.
If I think I am not stupid, I am stupid.
If I think I am stupid then I am stupid.

Riiight. How does been "stupid" connects to Dunning-Kruger effect again? In a shell DKE is caused by lack of information about subject, not by inability to perceive consequences of one's action.
For example, driving under an influence is a 100% stupid thing to do, from any point of view. But it is not caused by driver's unawareness about laws that usually view such action as a serious crime offence, possible damages to property, including driver's, or even worse - injuries to other humans health or lives.

Dunning-Kruger was of course debunked real quick reproducing it with random numbers.
Every smart person would know that, right?
