Follow along and increase flexibility in your hip rotator, inner thigh and groin muscles essential to deepening your straddle and middle split stretch. This flow is meant for a more flexible or intermediate-advanced yogi. If the stretches in this video are too intense for you, try another of my hip opening videos for beginners:

This was a really good stretching routine. One thing I always experience when i sit seat seated straddle is tightness in my inner knee and from moving my upper body and stretching from side to side it went away!!! I normally will just sit but now that I have the new technique of stretching my upper body and back while I sit straddle I think I can actually make some progress on trying to do a split

A dancer in college here working on my flexibility. These videos help me out extremely and I’d like to say thank you for your guidance because sometimes stretching can be scary without guidance and knowledge about stretching and injury prevention.

This is my first time attepmting this and it is so challengening for me. I am the least flexible person ever! My full straddle isn't far from your half. Hopefully the more I do this the more flexible I get. I did enjoy the video.

Thank you Adee. You are my go to for flexibility training. I got wider in my legs than I ever have, not quiet close to middle spilts yet but that takes time. Thank you so much for all your awesome flows!

Hi. Thank you for posting stretching exercises. I've tested some of them. And I love them. Even though I train shotokan karate, I realized that I could target my stretching routine better. I've done this one a good while ago, but I guess I forgot also that the upper body flow with it. It feels great and it's like a 2 in 1 video!

This is one of my favorites and I do this after your 15 min frog pose routine then I do your Stretch Intensive | Seated Straddle routine that works out to almost an hour of stretching and I am feeling more flexible, but the following day back to being inflexible again, Wish I could stay flexible like you Adee,
