How to Get Rid of ALGAE and GRASS in Your POND

In Todays video I am using blue pond dye to prevent further growth of vegetation. And I am also trying to get rid of algae as well.

How does the Crystal Plex algae stuff work? (not the blue die). Do you treat your pond first with that stuff? How long do you wait to put the blue die in afterwards?

Get you some copper sulfate. They sell it at tractor supply and other places like that. You get that and mix it with water in a container you would spray pesticides with and spray it on the grass and it’ll kill the grass off. It’ll turn dark, sink, and then basically disintegrate! It doesn’t harm your fish either. Just walk around and spray it on the vegetation that’s actually on top of the water and check it out in 2 days… you’ll thank me later. lol. It’ll kill the grass in all the water columns not just the top

I Meant to Say in the video. If you have to much grass and kill it off it can cause oxygen depletion and cause a fish kill. So I’m trying to get rid of the grass before it becomes to overwhelming.
