This was the information I needed over 30 years ago as a teenager. At 13 I developed acne all over my forehead. My mum took me to the doctor. They said oh it would go away at 17 on its own. Unhelpful. It took until mid twenties until I began skin care routines and removed certain products from my diet

When I was younger and had a lot of acne, I noticed that it got worse when eating dairy. I stopped all dairy intake as an experiment and it completely went away in a few weeks and only returned when I consumed dairy. I'm not sure if there's a link or not, but that was my own experience and maybe worth a try for others.

I’m 55 and still struggle with acne.
I agree with everything The doctor said.
I also use clear-cell by image to wash my face and to treat my acne with the lotion.
It’s the best product I have ever found for acne .

For me, changing pillow case every 2-3 days and bed sheets weekly helped a ton. Also, dont drink alcohol specifically beer was really bad for me. Some people have different food allergies as well so if you get a pimple a day after you eat certain things, note that and maybe stay away, and definitely drink more water 8 glasses a day get good amounts of sunlight and for me just warm water face wash or when you notice oily skin from sweat u can just pat your face dry with a towel throughout the day. You can also try PRID little orange can at Walgreens or online for spot treatment just put a little on each pimple for 2_4 days before bed it draws out the bad stuff in your skin bring it out from deep in your pores to a head. Get extra sleep and drink that water to detoxify. And just remember, don't get down on yourself. Pray for healing every day. God Bless

You should wash and take care or your fave, while also consuming the right foods.

I tried this advice for several years, and the acne never fully got better. I was on a zero carb diet for up to a year at a time with no cheating, and one meal a day. Still had acne.

I had acne from 15 to 30. My skin didn’t clear up until I went Keto. I started doing dirty keto and had a few breakouts. I’m carnivore now (not preaching) and I have no breakouts at all. This guys telling the truth

I had bad acne and I was always being blamed that I just wasn't washing myself enough (I was). I even received antibiotics, tretinoin, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid; which would usually cause short term increases in blemishes, flaking, and redness. When I tried going keto for a bit (not even super strictly), most of my acne went away within a week, with no negative side effects. In fact, my face also got leaner due to reduced water retention.

This actually does work. I had dermatitis when I was young and it got worse when I hit 5th grade (pre-teen). Long story short, I had to cut out ALL dairy, carbs, and sugar. I have not had inflammation since. If I slip up and eat carbs or sugar, I start itching and will break out, a testament that processed foods may be the issue (over the years, I was tested for every allergen and did not test positive for any).
