This dish may seem a bit overwhelming at first, but I assure you it is not! It’s a really simple and easy to follow recipe that only seems complicated. All you need to do is a little bit of prep work and the rest of the cooking is completely hands off.

If you’re Iffy about a raw or barely cooked egg yolk try to find pasteurized eggs (yes- they do exist) and it should be safer to eat raw (or you could make a soft boiled or sunny side up eggs over easy egg
