The spices added at 0:49, do you use them again at 2:20 or are they new ones? Do you use the peppers only during the 5 min blanching in the beginning?

That seems to be straightforward and delicious.
As I have to watch my intake of saturated fat, I'ld like to know whether I occasionally could prepare it with skin-on chicken thighs.

Aw, I didn't even think of using the pan to burn it off...
Last time, I got a piece that still had a lot of hair. And I cut the lovely skin off...
