-Belt Squat, Paused Wide Stance: 150 3x10
-Reverse Hyper: 250 3x12

Mobility works but you need to find ways to gradually load those ranges of motion to make permanent changes. Its also a slow process of improvement.

Where did you buy those calibrated rogue plates from:) Directly from Rogue? Were they new? Man they are quite expensive for me being on middle class income. Hoping you have some tips or a link for good value plates!!!

Do you prefer rows over Pull-ups these days due to reoccurring shoulder irritation ?

I experienced the same regarding „mobility“ work being useless for shoulder mobility. What actually worked was developing the rear delts, mid and lower traps as well as the posterior rotator cuff muscles. After working the latter with external rotations overhead mobility increases instantly !

The V stance which extra speed out of the bottom and hitting the sticking point at a faster speed seems to suit better (purely an observation). Lockout isn’t an issue for those of us with orangutan arms ;)
