4. He has a vision for what he wants in his life and not just day to day. A dreamer with a plan that can manifest it into action.

5. He is a guy who moves the relationship forward. He doesn't wait for you to make the calls. He steps into a leadership roll.

6. He's transparent and clear about his feelings for you.

7. He has follow- through. He has capacity to stay in integrity and means what he says so you're not second guessing his actions.

8. Can navigate disagreements in a respectful way about the things he's passionate about.

9. He has the skills to build, sustain and continue a friendship. A friend is someone who goes through the ups and downs with you in a supportive manner.
