These depression tips will help you to stay motivated during your toughest days. It is not an absolute guide how to treat depression, but it will help to build up more tools in your toolbox.

We discuss how exercise for depression can help break the cycle, and even into topics like responsible sex for depression, as well.

I rate this as one of Chris' most brilliant videos. And I take heart from the fact that he was able to do it when, as he admits on the video, that he worked on it on a day when he started out depressed. Millions of people who don't think of themselves as needing this sort of help would benefit from seeing this. Let's work on making sure they find and try it. P.S. I like the backyard setting, too

Excellent tips! Some I was doing....but fell out of practice.😞 I'm getting back into it and make a Daily Self Care exercise to start each day.😁 (I like to do a Tai Chi, stretches, ect.)

I can't even make myself watch this to the end, are there any tips for people who can barely get out of bed? I don't want to seem like a spoiled brat but my brain refuses to even try, I understand that doing nothing all day does not help but i can't make myself do anything either, the resistance is way too big and just thinking about it makes me mentally tired. I just feel paralyzed into this and I dont feel like anything could truly help, I watch video after video about how to fix everything yet still, I can't get anything consistently going. Yes, I know that in reality it's half my fault for not trying hard enough but I don't even know if I'm capable of doing it.
