Your workouts are my favorite - you explain things really well and provide alternatives. I especially appreciate it when you tell us to leave our ego at the door. So many other youtubers are obviously roided and use and perpetuate ridiculous weights...

I did this about three times in the past. For the lighter weights, I mostly used a vodka bottle and a tequila bottle
