Trump shooter's dad seen for 1st time since shooting

The father of the man, Thomas Matthew Crooks, who attempted to assassinate former President Donald Trump speaks out for the first time.

Matthew Crooks was seen leaving a grocery store in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania on Monday. He made brief remarks as he walked to his car with groceries in his first public appearance since the attack.

When asked if he had any comment the shooters, father simply said “I gotta pee”.

This also happens to be a quote from the Forrest Gump movie when Forrest is receiving the Congressional Medal of Honor from Lyndon Johnson for being a hero.

Lyndon Johnson is widely believed to be behind the plot to assassinate Kennedy.

Is this quote by the shooter’s father meant to be part of a riddle and/or innuendo?

Is the shooter’s father saying that his son should receive a congressional medal of honor and that he considers him a hero? - Or is he alluding to the fact that this was a deep state operation in reference to Lyndon Johnson in the Forrest Gump movie scene?

It isn’t right when parents have to bury their own child, but for Thomas, self-defense was necessary from the Secret Service as he didn’t step away from his weapon and remained armed. The officers had no choice but to take him down before anyone else gets shot.
