He was so small and got so big. Like that’s not easy man! It took me 3-4 yrs in the Army alone to get to where he got so fast. Then you have to work to keep it, it’s not easy. I use to cook those frozen hamburgers, stick them in ziplock bags, put them in my cargo pockets, and eat like 1 an hour. My other cargo pocket was full of small baked potatoes in ziplock bags, and the same thing. If you want to get muscular it’s not easy, it’s takes allot of working out, eating, and #1 discipline.
