The Bear’s Jeremy Allen White (Carmen 'Carmy' Berzatto) joins British GQ in Actually Me, as he goes online to answer the internet’s questions. The American actor responds to questions from Twitter, Reddit & Quora as well as replying to YouTube, TikTok & Instagram comments.

The Iron Claw star (Kerry Von Erich) reveals how he gained enough muscle to play the American Wrestler alongside co-star Zac Efron: ‘I tried to keep smaller people around me all the time,’ Jeremy jokes. ‘Zac had an entire gym setup outside of his trailer, so we were all exercising all the time and trying to pump up as much as possible in between takes.’ Watch the full episode as Jeremy Allen White goes undercover with British GQ in Actually Me.

Do you wear wigs? Have you worn wigs? When will you wear wigs?

honestly it looks better and more natural with one's own hair than a wig. the wigs don't move the same way natural hair does

He has the most important part in the movie toward the end with his brothers. Seeing Jackie jr made me cry harder than any other movie had before

This video essay is fantastic, really tackling a lot of aspects I and many music fans I know get to talk about from time to time. I remember one time some music collector friend and I talked about how there is that physicality to albums (LPs mainly) that is both great (giving to artists) and terrible (the plastic waste and the general collection drivenness of it all now), but we concluded that really getting music physically just because we like it and wanna see it in our shelves and play from music that deeply connects its the best and that's something valueable and just sort of celebratings every time we get a new cool thing to either discover or have that make us happy, which I think matters so much.
I'll freely admit that I'm part of that statistic of those people who buy records without a record player, even to today ever since I started collecting some 6-7 years ago mostly because I could never have the personal space or expertise for it compared to simply dedicating my shelf to it and even then I knew that playing all the records I have was an eventuality for when I had more space of my own. I think ultimately what drives the impulse to have these albums is more the appreciation of the art and the medium, I love all the LP albums I have because they are absolute favorites and I want nothing but keep connecting deeper with art that has influenced me and frankly made my life better from having it there with me, as a visual artist there's also this aesthetic appreciation of it where I wanna have an LP because the cover is huge and the extras always have new details that can reveal more about the album than it would just by listening on streaming, I love touching it and I love getting inspired by it. I think that there's something about the aesthetic part of records which do have merit too and I understand why some like them for that alone (I still think you SHOULD play the LPs but to each their own), in fact I helped make covers for a friend before and recently they made cd copies with my art on it which made me so happy, just the idea that it will be presented in such a way and people might also have that experience with my art, its invaluable.
I also like other formats because ultimately I also want to find new music or be able to support whoever or simply because curiosity got the best from me and that also is just so valuable, like maybe I wouldn't have listened to random Jazz albums had it not been because I saw it at my local record store for 3-5 bucks and I love that sense of discovery, just as much as it is tracking down a streaming/youtube upload/files of an obscure album that was made in god knows when or where but sounds amazin to me. There's so many angles to this conversation obviously and I haven't mentioned some others like how it has been a part of interacting with others and creating friends because we share and traded these interests. I think all of this emotional reasoning is what keeps making me want to give so much to music and want to see it improve for musicians and I think many do too and are willing to see the change, so that keeps me hopeful that perhaps it can happen
