Saved my bacon with this after I went out of state, out of area for my carrier-- had to re- lock in my network. Wouldn't have had a clue at 63 yrs old how to fix. Namaste. ❤

what i think if you try everything and it does not work is that you should get your phone antenna checked for any damage it might not be a software related issue cos if it was hard reset would have solved it i have same problem with my galaxy A51
