I went through like 10 different videos and my wireless carrier's support chat, none of them worked until I got here. Solved my issue and it took like 15 seconds! Thank you!

Didnt work. Bought this thing it registers the sim, but wont register to network. My provider cant figure it out, and samsungs solution was just return the phone, and get a different one...😑 no more samsung products for me then.

at&t is the worst. waited 3 days to receive a dark green s23 ultra...only to open the box up to a black model. Irritation mode engaged. Then, for the first time ever in a long list of newest purchases, the phone would not connect to a network in order to set it up or make a call to the retail location in order to rectify the issue. The affable, yet fully receiving the vibe of my max irritation quickly informs that I will have to pay their $55 restocking fee if I want to get the correct color that I ordered.

Every model on-site in the store was locked down for theft prevention. The rational human mind that wants to be able to pick up and handle a phone as large as the S23 Ultra is S.O.L. The location/zip-code is one of the wealthiest in the nation. Even bean counting soul-crushing entities such as at&t (who is for all intents and purposes the alpha creator of soul-less too large to care and be able to fully get away with it due to an oligologpy industry) will fully consider the ramifications of not allowing the curious customers to make an informed decision in the buying process.

That it hit me a couple of minutes later that opening one of the Ultra protective cases would mimic the dimensions and satiate the concern of day to day usage in carrying such a large device in the front pocket was a result of the mind's less than optimal thinking when affected w/emotions. Normally, that obvious solution would likely popped right out in real-time.

Notice that there is no assertion of the at&t employee driving the situation. Make no mistake successfully managing so large of an entity requires systematic operation. The delta that differentiates their ilk starts from the top and is real life, real time window into the world of organizational values. at&t employees are thankless professionals, 9.5 times out of ten. They are all, in my experience, affable at worst and solution seeking empathetic, at best.

There is an art of bringing out the latter from those positioned to help or harm in such scenarios...even in the soul sucking minimum empowerment bandwidth of authority allotted to any given at&t associate. If there is any company that screams we're in a Matrix-esque, cruel comedy simulation, it is the OG of american corrupt capitalism that is "Ma Bell".
