1. Reset network settings

So I've been basically WITHOUT a phone for about 10 days. I had the charging port replaced at a repair shop. It was 3 days before they got the part and put it in. Battery would not charge at all, but, I got that fixed. I leave the shop, male a couple of calls and they drop out on me. I realize later that I only had data and texting ability over wifi!! Uugghh. So I go back to the repair place bc he took out my SIM, he checks it, it's working fine. I call Straight Talk customer service twice with call lengths of 37 and 54 minutes and they were NOT able to help me. I had almost given up and was about to lay down money for a new phone (and I LOVE my phone, switching over is the biggest pain in the a$$) when I saw your video. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
