Samsung Galaxy says Not Registered on Network

Fantastic. The 1st process worked fine and didn't have to go to the 2nd part, which I already did in another video and did not help. Clearing the data in the storage was apparently the issue.

The 2nd one worked! *On older Samsungs* U have to remove battery to remove sim card. It's in THE BACK where battery is (I restarted once in the middle of that process: without & then with Sim card). IT WORKED, TOOK 2 minutes, it wasn't hard & I'm happy!!! Don't know if I would've figured that out for myself THANK YOU

This is an old video but u just saved my phone. It's been saying not reg to a network for a week and I've gone to att 3x and changed my Sims card 5x. This worked instantly. Thank you!

Thanks, Man! Clearing the Cache of the sim toolkit worked for me! (Be careful Don't press clear data : ) )

1 hour trying to reach a person at Verizon. 1.5 hours troubleshooting with Verizon. Over an hour searching for issues. I try this video instruction and after the second step (restart) it works! At least for now.

Update: Guess I jumped the gun there. I finally see 4G listed on data with Wi-Fi turned off, but my calls are immediately ended and I can't browse websites with data. Now it's back to a big X on data.

It fixed my Samsung Galaxy A20. Thank you so much. I've had conversations multiple multiple times with my network provider they could not fix it, not to mention them having me to get 3 sim cards.. Simply fixed by clearing sim card toolkit.
