How to fix Call problems / Not Registered on Network Message / Phone not receiving calls

Holy cow this worked, on my S20, just added clearing my phone cache and "settings" cache, since I didn't have call settings!! I tried everything from system codes to changing my APN multiple times and nothing worked until this little simple task!! Thank you very much for your step by step instructions!!

This worked perfect! Thanks. I had a 3G signal when trying to make calls but they wouldnt go through. Even trying to use Google for web searches wouldnt work. Did the above and it seems good again. S10+

Thank you none of your way work with me, but it helps me to find the problem and fix it. From the phone I went to sitting then supplementary services then show your caller ID I changed it from never to network default. This fixes it and the outgoing call work again.
