Soccer Training - is an interesting topic. There are many different philosophies around what is the best style of soccer training. There are many different trainers, coaches, and even YouTubers with different coaching strategies.

In my opinion you need to become your own best soccer trainer. Learn from other trainers but don't rely on them. In this video I'll give you a step by step system to create your own soccer training sessions.

I've studied professional soccer training sessions and analyzed how they train their players to create better performances on match day. I've taken those ideas along with my own personal experience to create the best football training system for you.

Football Training

Personally, I follow several principles when create football training sessions for myself or other players.

1. Less is more - don't overcomplicate the session.
2. Intensity over duration - don't make a 3 hour session (it's better to efficient and leave a little in the tank for tomorrow).
3. Come back stronger - you cant burn yourself out everyday and expect to last in this game. Your football training sessions must incorporate certain exercises that make you heal faster and feel better tomorrow, not worse.

Most players don't create full soccer training sessions because they are missing specific components that are very important for your development and recovery.

This football training session includes 6 components:

1. Warm Up
2. Agility
3. Speed
4. Technique
5. Stamina
6. Cool Down

Take the ideas in this video to create your own football training session plan. Remember, just like shooting or dribbling this is a soccer skill that you need to develop if you want to become the best player you can be.

I Just Need Help. Is Like I feel confident when training alone or Sometimes when I get let’s say A Ball when I’m alone doing some Touches. Buh immediately I get on the pitch of even it’s Training with a lot of people all my Confidents gets lost and I make a Worst game 🥺🥺. And also Want to become a Pro Baller for sure
