The sound is the engines from the fire trucks they are all running so it combines and makes one loud sound I think.

I think the noise is from the Q siren being left on and it gets stuck in that pitch. And when you get back on the truck it winds down

That noise is caused by leaving the siren on before switching off the unit it bugs out and causes that noise.
