In your 30s, it is important to know your risk for heart disease including your family history and to avoid smoking. Let Roy Robertson, MD, FACC, at the Parkview Heart Institute, tell you about other things that you can do to stay heart healthy in your 30s

Tame/control stress
Get enough sleep- aim for 6 to 8 hours per night
Eat well balanced, healthy meals
Exercise at least 3 times a week
