CROCK-POT BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP
Ingredients:
1.5 lb Chicken (Shredded)
8 oz. Bag of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2- 8oz packages of Cream Cheese
1 cup of ranch
1 bottle of Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
Dump and Go, Cook on High for 1.5 hours. Stir at 1 hour. Enjoy!

CHILI CHEESE DIP
2 1/2 cups chili homemade, or 2 (14 oz cans) store-bought
4 ounces cream cheese , cut into cubes
2 cups sharp cheddar shredded cheese
1/4 cup salsa
Combine all in Slow Cooker. Cook on Low for 1-3 hours.

* Awesome Sauce Chicken *
3 Chicken Breasts
1/3 cup Honey Mustard
1/3 cup Hot Sauce
1/3 cup Teriyaki Sauce
Cook on High for 3 hours in Slow Cooker. Shred Chicken. Serve on Tortilla or Bun.

* Slow Cooker Potato Soup *
5-6 slices cooked bacon, diced
3 cups of Chicken Broth
1.5lbs of Small Yellow Potatoes
4 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Add bacon, 3 cups chicken broth, potatoes and to the bowl of a large slow cooker, and stir to combine. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the potatoes are completely tender and cooked through.
Once the soup has cooked and is about ready to serve, cook the butter in a small saucepan on the stove over medium heat until it has melted. Whisk in the flour, and then cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Gradually add in the evaporated milk while whisking it together with the flour mixture, and continue whisking until the mixture is completely smooth. Let the mixture continue cooking until it reaches a simmer, stirring occasionally, and then it should get really thick. Immediately pour the milk mixture into the slow cooker with the potatoes, and stir until combined. Add in the cheddar cheese, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), salt and pepper, and stir until combined. If you would like the soup to be even thicker, you can use a potato masher or a large spoon to mash the potatoes a bit.

* Slow Cooker Chicken Burrito Bowls *
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth, more as needed
1 package of Taco Seasoning
1 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup uncooked rice
1 cup of corn (drained)
Combine the chicken, chicken broth and taco seasoning in a slow cooker. Make sure the chicken is covered with liquid, add additional broth as needed. Cover and cook on the LOW setting for 3 to 4 hours. Uncover and stir in the beans, rice, and corn. Cover and continue cooking on the LOW setting for 3 hours more. Check the rice in the last hour of cooking, stirring to make sure the rice cooks evenly and adding more chicken broth if the mixture seems dry. Cooking is done when the rice is tender.

CROCKPOT CHEESY CHICKEN SPAGHETTI
16 oz. spaghetti, cooked
1 lb. Velveeta Light (2%) Cheese
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

½ cup water

Allow these recipes are so Tasty. The chili cheese dip is even more delicious if you use the Skyline or Cincinnati chili. They sell them both at Walmart and Krogers. It's absolutely Delicious. Thank you for sharing all these Delicious recipes. Love From your longtime Indiana Friend.

As for can openers, I *prefer a cordless battery-powered one (on my list) but I use a handheld one. I like the safety ones that leave a smooth edge.

I prefer the electric can opener I am
older and have arthritis
Also when it comes to the different color peppers yellow red and orange are sweeter than green

I like the electric can opener. I don't use it often so I just put it back in the box after I get tired of seeing it on the counter. Everything looks so good. I never buy the Chile's. I'm afraid it will be to spicy. Couple I use salsa instead? I might have everything to make the spaghetti. Have a good weekend.

I like a hand held can opener. I tried the electric and they are not worth the trouble. I love that you made my potato soup. I just add green chili's to mine. I will have to try those dips. Making them in the crock pot is so much easier. Thank you!
PS I do t like my food spicy hot either!

I use a manual can opener that cuts under the lid so no sharp edges and the lid part fits right back onto the can. I usually cut from the bottom of the can if it’s a pull tab style so the pull tab doesn’t get in the way.

A good ole fashioned can opener is what I’ve always used. Electric take up space and you have to wipe down the appliance. The manual never does!

Those all look good! I love to make Chicken Spaghetti (Velveeta for the win!), but I bake mine after mixing it all together. and portion out leftovers, vacuum seal and freeze. I like that you give us recipes that have different flavors and ways to serve (with or without tortillas). Keep 'em coming!😋❤
