I just searched "spiritual meditation " and found your offering. It's a challenge for me to stick with visualization. I however found myself grounded and there until my cat... even though I could not get back to the visual voice broke through. She said: " calm down child", then it felt like the entire universe started spinning, like decades sped forward. I was reminded that I am one with this Universe, and it with me. Then I just had a huge release. Thank you so much. I will be trying this again one day when my cat is napping. 😊 thank you!

This was soooo so very amazing. I saw a man walking up to me in a very well put together suit, not fancy, but like perfectly tailored. I realized it was my grandpa who I have realized is my guide. I also got to say hello to my grandma. Every time I connect with my grandpa, I always cry. I think it’s to release things. But he said he was proud of me for helping break a generational curse. He said I’m the one that’s been chosen to do that. There’s a lot of healing that my maternal side of the family needs and he let me know I will help to do that. It was beautiful. A single tear rolled down my cheek at the end, very cinematic.

THIS IS EXCELLENT for the lack of a better word. I never knew lavender was a cleansing herb but during this medication my spirit guide is a child (I don’t know it’s sex) and he/she was brushing my head with lavender flowers throughout the meditation. beginner at this, I was not able to picture a bed of flowers or a garden, I wad lead to a terrain of just unplanted untouched soil, all alone with nothing but dirt and sky. but there I was alone and naked, happy and frolicking as my feet embraced the soil with each step, when I tried to picture a garden and look to my right I couldn't find any spiritual guide, but a warm light, shaped and length of a person, my guess is I'm not fully ready to see what it meant by because my heart started racing as they approached. so I went back to the untouched soil and saw myself again frolicking and when I took a deeper look it was me as a child. so happy and so free it brought me to tears and then that warm light of a figure hug them or my younger self and I fell apart. it was all from a 3rd person point of view. I'm really new to this spiritual world and clairaudient stuff but I'm super eager to dive deeper and get to know my guides better.thank you for this experience! ❣
