I did this and as I was dreaming I saw myself lost in a forest during day, raining and this beautiful lady came up at me and told me her name was Oshun and I googled it just to find out Oshun for real is a Goddess.

My spirit guide is a shape-shifting wolf named Kira, he has a red fish in his chest that just swims there and if you hold it in your hands it gets very hot. He lives under the water it the roots of a mangrove forest. He told me that love and knowledge are the ultimate tool and weapon and I should go about my life seeking and expanding those two in every way. He also told me that every pain and every monster inside me comes from the lack of love, like any darkness comes from the lack of light. Meeting him was so cool

My spirit guide is called Besheit and is half eagle half man, with large, downy wings. He has piercing but kind eyes. I gave him a red padlock. He took my hands and asked me why I am so hard on myself and I cried.

Update: I have now come into touch with my spirit guide. She is a beautiful wise elephant named flora and meeting her gave me so much purpose. I love her.

10/10 recommend. I get really scared/ nervous doing sessions like these alone so I did it in the morning while my bf was sleeping next to me. I was relaxed and ready and excited because I felt safe. At first I saw a series of different faces and places then towards the middle I focused in on one scenery and one woman. And her name came to me right away. Her name is Eleanor, she has brown hair, blue eyes, wears a green dress (my fav color), and she is older. I could tell cuz her hands were kinda wrinkly when she was holding my hand. She also felt like my grandma. We were sitting on the grass in front of a beautiful lake and surrounded by mountains and trees and I felt so peaceful there and like I’d been there before. We were laughing and hugging and when it came time to start talking she would talk back to me through my own voice in my head, it was kind of like when you’re reading a book and everything just flows. I told her I wanted to spend more time with her in my dreams and then I woke up crying. Soooo happy I did this and didn’t back out this time!

This really was crazy I didn’t expect it to work at all until I couldn’t move and my entire body felt like it was floating, I couldn’t tell where I ended or where I began, and suddenly I woke realized I was in a gorgeous garden in the morning, with white flowers, but something told me I wasn’t where I was supposed to be yet so I kept looking and then suddenly the whole garden swirled into darkness until I couldn’t see anything at all - I started to hear water dripping, and then I realized I was in a dark cave, crystal forms began to glow and illuminate the cave and I could see my tiger in the far corner of the cave, he came to me and was warm and gentle and fierce, I knew I was safe and he spoke to me through my mind, neither of us opened our mouth but his eyes told me everything I needed to know, thank you for this experience! I hope to find this place once again

I tried this and I met my spirit guide at a beach I used to visit when I was younger (in a lucid dream) his name is Adam, a name I always wanted to give my future son. I do not plan on having children but my spirit guide is my unborn child, we hugged in this dream and I apologized for not being able to give birth to him, I woke up with tears on my face.

Something interesting happened. In the dream I saw mountains and forests from above. I was flying. Then when I asked the guides name it said, Aquila. I googled aquila and it's roman/latin for eagle. Fascinating. That in itself to me is significant. Especially since I never knew what an Aquila was.

Not gonna lie, I was 110 percent sure this wasn't going to work.

And then I was suddenly standing on a frozen lake in the arctic. It was beautiful, with the Northern Lights above me and the stars. And there was a creature on the other side of the lake. I thought it was a wolf but then it was an albino Sabertooth Tiger? He said his name was Byalga.

I havent finished the video and i certainly will do later but my first 15 minutes were absolutely amazing. It was incredible. Right when he said, "Now you might be feeling a slight tingling feeling on your forehead" I had just started thinking "wHY iS My FOrEHeaD TIngLY". I was shook.

This was a trip! Ok maybe it's just my brain being exhausted from school, but I swear my spirit guide took the form of Jim Halpert from the Office. The thing is, he was dressed like an ancient Greek God of some sort, and he kind of had an angelic glow to him? We walked in a field together, and talked about some of the things that stress us out and just overall had a chill time together. This is prolly just a crazy dream but it's nice to know that Jim Halpert is watching over me lol

I met my deceased mom she was young around 20/23 and looked like an angel my cord was rooted to earth so I drifted off into the stars ✨ she was floating at a distance away and I got really teary eyed she didn’t seem to know who I was. I only made it 1/4 the way through cause my son woke up crying so I had to tend to him. I will try this again later tonight and post results again.
