For anyone looking in the comments for more information on this guided meditation - This is an open ended meditation where the mind is allowed to produce it's own context and images. If I repeat it in the future, I'm sure the journey would be very different. Perfect for getting what you need in the moment. I would say to prepare to ask a lot of questions as there is a lengthy open ended session in which to dialog with your guide.
