omg...there was a lot of white light and in the middle of the meditation i felt like i was floating. a huge wave came over me and i began to cry and i don't know why but it felt amazing. towards the end there was a female figure but i couldn't see the face.

Thank you Rasa, this was the first meditation where I have felt the notion of floating and feeling weightless. I think I may have blocked the opportunity to receive messages because I was so aware that I could not feel my body I didnt completely surrender. I tried this although I was a little distracted with some other thoughts releasing everything and just surrenderring to this meditation I felt like a weight was lifted from my body I felt light. was actually falling asleep this is so helpful.

Don't be afraid surrender your thoughts and believe that you are guided and protected by your Angels and try to envision a white light it helps. You'll feel relax and lifted after ☺️

I had read these comments before I started the meditation. I also see so many synchronicities it's mind boggling at times. When I finished and looked at my clock it was 10:10, which is also my birthday, that is no coincidence!
