I'm using a Kupo 546m boom stand with a tripod head attachment and Manfrotto video head. It's a beast compared with C-stand but does wobble so either 10 second timer or straight to Pc as home. Use an Atomos shinobi or my 32 inch 4k pc monitor depending if I'm inside or not.

This is too expensive, in my studio I used a castered light stand with pistol grip attachment and tripod ball head, not as fancy but get the job done :)
