10-Second Strategy to Boost T

Testosterone is one hormone that, in conjunction with your other hormones, plays a role in the total overall health of our body. As you increase your overall health and strength your testosterone levels will increase and if your health suffers than so will your testosterone level.

Testosterone plays a significant role in regulating insulin, glucose, and fat metabolism. That means as your T levels go down, so does your body’s ability to regulate insulin, glucose, and fat metabolism.

Consequently, body fat begins accumulating – which creates negative feedback since increased adipose tissue leads to conversion of testosterone to estrogen. That loop might explain why obese men have below-normal testosterone levels and high levels of estrogen.

Testosterone promotes muscle-building by increasing muscle protein synthesis. As we have mentioned earlier, optimal testosterone levels decrease body fat, and instead, the body fat is replaced by muscle. You know what comes with an increase in muscle mass – body strength.

There are several studies that link low T with an increased risk of Alzheimer’s disease. Depression is a major global concern, which means that thousands of scientists are constantly looking for ways to fight the black dog. If you have been trying to overcome depression without success, it could be you have low testosterone (T) levels. Another explanation for increased body strength is the fact that testosterone plays a significant role in bone mineral density. According to research, your bone density goes up with testosterone treatment if the dose is high enough. But it’s still unclear whether testosterone can help with reducing fracture risk.

Coach Frank dives into the top 9 testosterone benefits:

I am 26, I’ve worked out since i was 17. My body looked amazing. I had great motivation and fun to be around. Times where i was going out with different women getting laid and having fun. Suddenly im feeling lazy, not motivated to do my work as a realtor. Staying home all the time, depressed and my confidence is crap. I felt something is off i just felt like i automatically gave up and I can’t do much with anything. I thought this is just it. Lost my charm and just not good at working out anymore. Checked my T level and it’s 229! Super freaking low! I am getting started on TRT hoping to get back to life strong and feeling good! Wish me luck!

What is considered high? I'm 64 and started carnivore 8 months ago. My total testosterone is now 1140. My Dr accused me of taking supplements and is concerned this level will damage my heart.

I was an avid sustanon user when I was younger (25 years of age) and also Winstrol, I raced motocross and after I got injured the last time I finally retired, I no longer took any supplements nor anabolics. I'm 42 and been feeling just down, been feeling depressed (I've never knew what depression felt like but this had to be it. I recently started taking 1cc a week of pharmaceutical test and man, within 3 to 4 weeks I started feeling like myself again. My question is this, I was wondering if 1cc a week normal? Do most men take this dosage or do most men take more?
