I plan on joining Ma'am. I just thanked GOD for me finding your videos. My wife is recovering from Critical Illness Neuropathy since late July 2021. She was able to begin shrugging her shoulders in 2022-2023. Her left side seems to move more frequently than the right. I will begin using your techniques immediately as I feel GOD led me to your videos. As for her lower extremities (legs), she's be ginning to cry more about pins & needless. She'll ask for me to move and stretch her legs. With ROM, she has turned it into a game where she locks it out and won't allow me to bend. For now, she's not able to move any body parts on her own (except the neck & shoulders). The fingers twitch periodically after ROM. Her speech is beginning to be understood a bit more as she has dysphagia with the tongue & swallowing. If there's anything more you can share, it would be greatly appreciated. *In Jesus Name, Amen.

New to you channel and am excited. I had a TBI in 1969 at the age of 12. Your videos hit home on my needs for recovery. Biggest issue is 50 years of trained non use. Thank you for such important information.

I Truly appreciate these videos which serve as a reminder how important constant and consistent movement is. I very often visit your older videos to freshen up on these stretches.

One hour exercise routine per day (mentioned at the end of video). And one of the comments, he's doing 4 hrs. How many reps in one hour? 50 (unweighted)*60 minutes =3000, say 2000 reps, so 10k in one week can be achieved? So, one hour a day should be worthwhile. I like the pulling out the sword and the holding bowl descriptions, much easier to remember.

This was wonderful. for fine motor, I use small rocks, pennies, dimes, quarters, and small nuts and bolts if that helps anyone else. I space out 3 cups and work on picking up, extending the arm, and droppings those items in each of the cups. Still have a hard time with elbow stiffness and overhead extension
