These tips helped me lose weight and keep it off, in addition to cutting overall calories. I still use these same tips, focusing on whole, natural foods and adapting carbs as needed to fuel my workouts. While exact amount of meals per day should be personalized, these tips will generally help most people lose weight & sustain that weight loss. Please note that when I say “reduced carbs”, I don’t mean I cut them completely or drastically cut them like a keto diet! I just cut out the highly processed versions and swapped some grains for more veggies.
