Swedish here! Yes those hasselback potatoes are awesome. In my family we usually just put butter, breadcrumbs and seasalt on them. Perfect with a sunday roast.

For the turkish one, i suggest everybody use a really big potato. After you cook your potato in the oven dont mix it with cheese firstly. Mix it with some butter until butter completely melted in the potato then add the cheese. Trust me its the best way
