Going through the last throws of a divorce aged 40. I totally get this, it's made me realise I've got my own life back, I can do things for me. Every day gets a little better, not in every way possible, but something imperceptibly improves.

Mark!!! You have to do a longer video on this topic! I’m 36 and I think so other men and women in my age bracket would relate to this topic. Your 30’s are tough! Young families to look after and provide for, stressful and high pressure jobs to perform at day in and day out, significant others to please, financial stress and pressures and this is all before you even start think about your own well-being!

Thank you for this. I thought I was going to have a family but after 8 years, I got divorce instead and I'm literally packing my things right now. I've been feeling life is over, and all I want to do is cry...maybe this is my sign to go to the gym instead.
