One of our (US) online ham stores had this on sale yesterday for $799 USD without the side speaker. After watching many videos on this radio, yours made me pull the trigger. Appreciate the no nonsense and straight to the point video as you always do. I'll buy the external speaker at a later date. Time to sell my Kenwood TS-50s to fund the damn addiction before momma notices a dip in the bank account LOL...

Tuner Memories: Are people finding that the tuner is actually remembering the setting? I have an EFHW and when tuning for 75 meters, the SWR is obviously higher than normal at around 3:1. It seems that the radio never really remembers the setting. Yes it tunes it to an acceptable level. But if I go to another band, and then come back to 75m, it seems to loose the tuner setting.
