I like your videos. They are very inspiring and useful.

Noises are something I have to deal with on a regular basis often because of some unscrupulous people who purposely want to make me cranky... So that reason is known to me.

It's good to wake up early morning but sleeping less than required is again bad to quality of the day and consumption of tea and coffee in moderation is okay. Also travelling in moderation is okay these won't cause any negetive effects when in moderation.

Morning is NOT full of peace harmony etc...its full of rushing stress and cold harsh realities of work and school and other horrific things that disturb the mind body and soul. I have been a night person since i was a fetus in the womb unlike my mother. So that is me. I cannot follow advice that treats every human as if they are the same creatures. The night is alps full of joy and peace and creativity and other wonderful things. But if i asked a morning person to stay awake till 4 am and sleep till 10 am they would find that very disturbing and not peaceful. Everyone is different. But becaus eeveryone is rushing stressfully and full of coffee and driving loud cars in a rush i avoid the morning. Even though when i am camping in the countryside i like it.
