Time-lapse of a wound healing assay of C6 cells and 3T3 cells - CytoSMART Lux3 FL

Wound healing assay of C6 cells (CellTracker Green) together with 3T3 cells (CellTracker Orange). Cells were seeded in the wells of an IBIDI cell culture insert, stained with CellTracker and the insert was removed. Thereafter, images were taken at a 15 minute time interval for 24 hours using CytoSMART Lux3 FL fluorescence live cell imager.
