Dr. Ben Bikman found a study correlating insulin resistance and chronic fatigue/POTS syndrome. The hopelessness is real. I hope this helps someone.

I think I have POTS, I have always had high blood pressure even when I had a BMI of 18 and 120 pounds. I’m always fatigued and I have racing heart beat. I went on ozempic for 2 months and my blood pressure resolved and my A1C is normal. I still feel out of it in the morning but it’s not as bad.

Beta Blockers do not work if you have a normal BP the side effects will make your qualtiy of life much worse. The fatigue gets worse and constantly trying to stablize your BP was not worth it.
