The floating NPCs happen when the number of NPCs in a cell goes over the limit. There are mods in Nexus to increase that limit, they're a must have if you're installing multiple creature mods

I like to imagine that this is a timline where the draugr managed to get out of their tombs and just decide to wreck havoc in Skyrim. Actually, those big doors that you need a claw to open were made to keep the draugr traped inside.

They should add a mod where it's the equivalent to the movie "It Follows" so theres always gonna he a constant threat slowly following you throughout skyrim, sneaking won't stop him, and he's severely over leveled to never die and just kick your ass (reasonably, not like one shit, just make you pee when half your health is gone in 2 hits from behind you)

These mods never cease to amaze me. Sure, some of them are insanely stupid, but then there are so many outstanding mods that re-imagine the whole game. Bethesda should just hire people who make them.

Whoever is interested in this, you can pretty much just install the mod Sands Of Time. That one by itself already makes Skyrim into a horror game by adding creepy enemies and numerous events that happens at random. I also recommend mods that enable permadeath cuz it makes everything even scarier when you only have one life.
