You can’t market a “well rounded balanced diet”, this guy hit the nail on the head

Pick a lifestyle I love that. Plant based eater here but I don’t give a damn what you eat. I just eat the way I do because it fits MY lifestyle. Happy eating to all🙌🏼❤️‍🔥🌱

The origin of ‘diet’ actually means “way of life” so he’s spot on with his notion that we need to get rid of this idea of a diet and adopt a overall lifestyle. Just finding Chris, but he definitely seems like one one I will be tuning in to.

For those with little time or hate cleaning once dinner is made, a pressure cooker is awesome. I got once about 6 months ago, and when I get home from the gym, I throw in: 1 chicken fillet, 6 strips of bacon with all the fat on it, and some spices. In the pot I made jasmine rice. It’s sooo tasty and I honestly have felt much better than I ever did before when I relied on what’s for dinner, and eating bread with whatever was tasty.

My recovery is only a couple of days at most, even when I completely hammer it. My energy is solid, I sleep much better, I have easier time focusing, and I actually see good results from my bodybuilding. I didn’t use to before. I got stronger, but never any noticeable bigger.

I recommend. It’s cheap also

I used to hang with Chris years ago. I remember his wife made him dinner with "plant based" protien sources. He goes "this is not sufficient, there's no protien here."

Jokes aside, Chris is the man, and has had a significant impact on my life, even though he probably doesn't know it.

The Vertical diet is one of the best for strength and hypertrophy. Personally speaking. Testosterone and Trenbolone are also great PED for strength. Not health but strength and muscle growth.

I am starting every day with tortilla + alot of fresh veggies(red pepper, tomato, letuce, onion, radish, broccoli sprouts) + garlic sauce(yogurt, olive oil, ... garlic(duh :P)) and I absolutely love it.
Been doing it for like 7 months now and I just can't stop enjoying it, it tastes so good. Almost as pizza ;)
Nevertheless, imo great start into a day. For everyone who not necessarily likes to eat veggies, this is the way.

The ketogenic _lifestyle_ has saved my life. It’s hard to beat organic grass fed steak and eggs for breakfast. 🥩 🍳

I’m unable to be in my sports due to injuries . But when I’m health again I plan to get back into boxing, powerlifting . My issues with my diet was it worked as long as I didn’t lift weights . So if I lift no matter how much I did cardio not a pound dropped . But in 2 to 3 months I might loss 2 maybe 3 inches . I stayed at 350 for a year . I just lost inches no pounds lost . My diet was fish and chicken and the rest rice and green foods . Why does my body hold on to the weight if I lift weights ? I mean the goal was to get stronger and smaller . So this time around when I’m healed up . I plan to get a nutritionist and powerlifting coach with a boxing coach . I had a boxing coach, but all I was doing was out of his knowledge . The next thing is powerlifting I got stuck at the same weight lift . I stayed at 225 beach after a year . My progression in powerlifting stopped . That’s why powerlifting coach and nutritionist this time added in .

So true about carbs and performance athletes. I did zero carbs years ago for about a month. My energy and stamina on the basketball court was terrible., even though I weighed less.

It's never really been that complicated. Most of the results you get come from how you train, and the nutrition is simplistic. These industries make money from selling ideas, but just get enough protein, fuel up for your training, recover with the right macronutrients, get solid vitamins, sleep, etc, and push your limits when you train. Enjoy your life, stop concerning with food. Lot's of healthy stuff you can eat that does the job.

I dig this guys practical advice. Just eat whole foods, not processed shit, and generally eat less if you're overweight... This carnivore, keto, vegetarian, etc... I mean if it works for you, fine more power to you... but *shrug* seems like a bag full of acid (your stomach) really isn't going to discriminate too much on what you give it.

No diet is the perfect diet. What is important is what works for your body the question is how well do you know your body sometimes you have to adjust small things so that it works for you. Besides your feeling, a blood test every 3 months gives you a lot of insight, measuring is knowing.
